Yes! Finally! This one should definitely be a No DQ type stipulation, as both men excel at that type of match.

I also hope that once Steen loses and his attitude changes, as they've been hinting at, he brings his feud with Adam Cole to Ring of Honor. Heel Cole > Babyface Cole

I think Lethal would work fine as a transitional champ until Elgin gets the belt. He's good at what he does, but his matches sometimes seem a little too formulaic.

I'm thinking it will someone vs the Briscoes. After all, they issued an open challenge at Final Battle to "any tag team in the world" and so far no one outside of ROH has stepped forward.
