Definitely in the top three best ROH shows of all time and possibly the greatest debut ever!!! It didn't have quite that impact on me, but it was a great way to kick them off. Thats why "house shows" should become the tv show. Then they will mean more and maybe draw more interest, in turn improving attendance. Keep in mind that ROH still turns some kind of profit from dvd sales. Otherwise they would no longer bother with them.

If the numbers were higher than ever, I would do what I always do when I'm wrong: admit it (something that some people in this thread have a hard time doing). I'd also be highly disappointed, as that would mean that the ROH I love is not going to come back. I'd find a good stopping point for my DVD...

I'm leaning towards a 3-way, Steen vs Strong vs Elgin. It just makes since. From what I remember, Strong is pissed that Elgin is getting the shot at GBH (which was previously promised to Strong by Martini, right?) so he interferes screwing Elgin out of the title, Strong gets the FB battle match but ...

The problem(s) with this match main eventing is the 15 minute time limit, not to mention the time it takes to set up and take down the cage.

King of Trios is only three days. Sept. 14, 15 & 16. Davey & Eddie are in Japan and O'Reilly was just announced for Charlotte on 9/8.

I kinda assumed they'd do this as a regular taping, with the finals as the main event of the last episode, maybe even taking up most of the show. IMO it's the perfect show for a regular taping. Especially considering a title shot on the line. It would make an interesting 3-4 weeks of tv. Kinda hope...
