Re: Young Bucks message to ROH

The Young Bucks are a victim of their location. Apparently ROH , like TNA , does not like to buy airline tickets for the Bucks . I have no inside info , just a wild guess. Two round trip tickets across North America would be $ 3 to $ 4 , 000 dollars. The money has to come from somewhere. If , ROH p...

Correction, you only buy Indie Wrestling in the limited scope of live iPPV.

Re: List of ROH's IPPV's in the coming months

I hope from now on, there's at least a two month gap in between iPPV's. No need to run one once a month, IMO. If it makes the company money I'm all for it. Just don't feel obligated to buy all of them. It seems that most have the mindset that since these shows are, by definition, pay per view, that...

Re: MINI-PPV!

Well in addition to a lower price point, I imagine it would be a shorter broadcast (mini-PPV after all). And it's not like four TV episodes takes exactly four hours to film. And it might not even be four episodes taped.

Re: MINI-PPV!

Here's my guess. The first part is going to be a live, $5 IPPV, as a way to test that price point out. Then they'll tape other episodes of TV after the IPPV portion.

Re: Camera's at shows

I know I was shocked when they asked if anyone had footage of the Briscoe balcony dive in Milwaukee. I appreciate the relaxing of the rule.

She might not necessarly be signed. There's a lot of physical tests that must be completed first before she's under contact.

This discussion reminded me of this clip from Whose Line. "Could you not give a two-syllable word, it's confusing our American friends."

Re: ROH Ringside Membership

The cost of shipping really prevented me from buying online often, even with the discount, even with most promotional sales. I just felt I was paying more when I could wait until the next Chicago show and buy there. Obviously this would have more use for someone who lives far away from any touring t...

Re: So I Was Wrong About Boiling Point on iPPV...

Why does there have to be a set schedule with zero additions allowed? If circumstances say that making another event available live to the world is a good idea, why block it for the sake of a set schedule? Well is there really only good that can come from announcing a show 3 weeks in advance, as op...

Re: So I Was Wrong About Boiling Point on iPPV...

Actually I'm a bit surprised anyone would be down on this idea. It's not like you *have* to buy it anymore than you have to buy certain DVDs. And it's great for people that would love to see the card but are too far away to travel to see it and don't want to wait months for the DVD to come out. Thi...

And you won't believe an attendence number from someone who was there, unless someone there passes that attendence number to this one paticular person. Got it.
