Re: The TNA Thread

Stick a fork in this fed already.
TNA Impact failed to make the top 100 shows on cable in the 18-49 demo last night, and that went down to shows that delivered 0.2s.

Re: Steen & Roddy Going To WWE Camp - Possibly Elgin Too

WARNING: VERY TL;DR Since this has come up in two unrelated threads this week, I might as well devote a topic to it. While I have plenty of sympathy for him, I've been surprised that the reaction to his documentary and the information he gives therein has been what it is. I fully believe that WWE t...

Re: The WWE Thread

if 10 000 out of 17 000 are turning their backs, the TV viewers will notice, and most of all HHH, Batista, Orton, etc will notice. I don't know I just hope they can pull this off, I don't think the WWE officals will change their booking otherwise. To paraphrase CM Punk: Those protestors will have d...

Re: The WWE Thread

First I'm knowing of a boycott. fans attending the Chicago tapings have organised a group on twitter, calling for a boycot of the RAW show. Apparently, they're planning to hijack RAW by turning their backs towards the ring, whenever Batista, Orton or HHH enter the ring, among many other things. Not...

Re: Steen & Roddy Going To WWE Camp - Possibly Elgin Too

If he wanted to get to WWE bad enough, he would've gotten the surgery. He didn't make the sacrifice he should've so I don't feel bad about his career path at all. Nevermind that McGuinness was probably not spilling the whole truth out. Muscle tear history, plus his body mass shrinking incredibly on...

Re: The NXT Thread

**** match, probably higher with repeat viewings. Rob Naylor was right in saying these two will be headlining PPVs. Zayn can be just as big as D-Bry, and he WILL be WWE Champion in the future. Incredibly impressed with the storytelling, building off of their previous NXT matches, and tremendous paci...

Re: Which era of "Big 3" do you prefer most?

Here's another question:

In 2006, if Gabe had been able to book Punk/Joe/Homicide vs. Aries/Danielson/McGuinness, where would that have ended up on the MOTY ballots?

Re: Steen & Roddy Going To WWE Camp - Possibly Elgin Too

Hope Steen and Strong go there, they've done everything they can on the indy scene. It's been literally a decade for Strong in ROH too, time for him to move on and make some $, learn how to show off the personality that he actually has.

Re: Project Rewatch - ROH: The Good Shit

I've added Tom Carter vs. Matt Stryker to my Do or Die post, and also edited almost every other reviewing post of mine for grammatical/spelling errors, portions in which I may have lost my thought while typing these reviews, and other things as well.

Which era of "Big 3" do you prefer most?

For each era, I'm listing what I consider the 3 most prominent faces of the company. I couldn't figure out where the Briscoes fit over any of the individual acts I listed. 2002-2003: Low Ki, Christopher Daniels, CM Punk 2004-2005: Samoa Joe, CM Punk, Homicide 2006-2008: Austin Aries, Bryan Danielson...

Re: The WWE Thread

Remember the Diva Search segments in the mid 2000s? The weekly guest hosts of 2009? Yup those were much worse times than today. Thanks to wwe being PG there won't be no lame diva search segments or stuff like Katie Vick. But we are being deprived of so many Emmy-worthy gems such as Al Wilson, broth...

or 2003 when Vince and Stephanie headlined a ppv  So many doozies readily available with the Network now. As you mentioned, there's Vince vs. Steph. How about Diesel vs. Mabel? Re: The WWE Thread

Clearly JVJ is clamoring for early 2011, when the roster had so much depth that the Miz was headlining WM27 and D-Bry was booked about as strongly as Kofi Kingston. Pulled from the F4W Board: I think the mistake he made is the same one a lot of young girls make when they plan out the perfect wedding...

Re: WWE Network vis-a-vis ROH

For the Gabe era shows to be made available in full, Sinclair will have to treat them like Highspots does with PWG releases.
