Looking at Supercard, you could make the argument that this is the most "classic ROH" show that ROH has put on in quite a while.

Tony has an uphill battle because for ROH to thrive, it has to have its own distinct brand identity, and it is incredibly difficult for someone to operate creatively in two different mindsets at the same time.
