As I mentioned earlier in this thread, I've soured on Elgin because of the situation and how he's handled it. This new report confirms it for me. He was asked by ROH management to lay low and let things like the baseball stuff blow over, he didn't by going on social media and talking openly about it...

I know I'll probably get some flack from people on this, but the way Elgin has handled this has soured me on the guy. From a lot of accounts out there, he knew something like this was likely to happen. He could have properly prepared and had some extra clothing, gear, cash, whatever he needed on him...

The only issue I had with the stream tonight is the audio was out of sync with the video at times, but that's it. Solid video throughout with maybe one buffer I barely noticed.

Elgin vs. Ciampa should be an awesome showdown.

I've always enjoyed the concept of Survival of the Fittest. I've been to two of them in person: Cleveland and Indianapolis. Doubt I make it to this one, but hopefully the field is loaded.

This could be Ciampa's big moment that he could parlay into a title shot, if he doesn't get one before then.

That Wheeling poster is a thing of beauty. I find myself wanting to print that out and hang it in my office or something.

ROH have really improved their posters of late. The two different posters I've seen for Field of Honor are awesome as well.

I didn't even notice that Elgin had been left out of the promo the first time I saw it. I feel bad now. That's cold to leave out the champ.


I really wish this show were available on iPPV. I would buy it in a heartbeat. Hopefully there is a quick turnaround on the VOD.
